spacious room central location poor housekeeping missing service
The room was spacious. They provided a microwave for my room for three nights, upon request. This was very helpful. The location was central to downtown. It was only one block to a train station.
The housekeeping was disappointing. I had to request clean sheets and towels. I was given sheets and towels to clean my own room. This was not ideal, especially after a long day.

reserved parking quick service brand new shower convenient restaurant
The hotel offers reserved parking, a true gift given the urban area. the parking attendants moved cars with magic, ensuring quick service! the room had a brand new shower. It was really nice. the hotel restaurant provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Very convenient.
I had to go all the way to the lobby to collect tea bags. they did not have english tea.

Amazing Stay Near the Subway

metro lines plenty stores well-lighted lobby reserved parking
The location was great. Many metro lines are less than five minutes away. Plenty stores are around and restaurants are near the hotel. I liked the well-lighted lobby with seating and office equipment. The staff was kind and accommodating. Reserved parking was an option. It was so convenient given the congested traffic.

The location is GREAT! It is super close to the subway station. I found grocery stores and tiny restaurants nearby, convenient. The bed and linen were comfortable. I felt that the level of service met my expectations.
I noticed some very thin walls, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff responded quickly when I requested coffee. I also appreciated how fast I received fresh towels. Directions were readily available upon request.
I found no hot water dispenser in the room. The coffee machine did not work at first, so it was changed twice. Boiling water for tea was unavailable on cold nights.

Decent location but some issues

thin walls weed smell
The walls seemed very thin. I could hear a dog barking next door. I requested a room without connecting doors initially but received one anyway. The smell of weed lingered in the corridor. It seemed like a party atmosphere at times.
